| BSNL aggressive on Internet Dial-up offering |
| - Offers free NetOne Internet service for 2 months- Elitecore to provide support as franchisee for BSNL |

| The countries largest ISP BSNL today announced that it will offer free BSNL CLI based dialup internet access for two months w.e.f. 1st September 2008 to 31st October 2008 for PSTN customers of BSNL. Whether it’s chatting with old friends or Booking tickets or just checking mails you can enjoy it all absolutely free this festive season. |

| Registering for the service is very simple all you need to have is BSNL PSTN connection and a modem; the authentication will be based on the telephone no. and password. To activate the service simply Dial no: 172222, put STD code (without prefix ‘0’) and phone number as the username and any desired password and get instant internet access without any registration. Eg- If you are a BSNL user from Chennai then your username will be ‘4423456789’, where ‘44’ is the STD code of Chennai and ‘23456789’ is your landline number. The charging will be postpaid, based on the duration of access and will be charged to your telephone bill. |
