| Elitecore Technologies, the leading provider of billing software will offer OSS/BSS platform to Aksh Optifibre Ltd, the franchisee of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) for Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) services to its subscribers in Delhi and Mumbai. Aksh is the pioneer in Optifibre and cable technologies and their main product is a Fiber-to-the-Home solution, it is the first company to launch IPTV in India. |

| According to research, total subscribers for IPTV are expected to exceed 120 million by 2010 making the Indian IPTV market the most potential market for IPTV by 2010.* |

| Aksh Optifiber aims to provide IPTV service to 450,000 subscribers in Mumbai and Delhi, for which it utilizes MTNL's existing broadband network as the content delivery backbone and enable users to get services such as video on demand, broadband, TV channels, time-shifted TV, and videoconferencing. Elitecore’s CRESTEL will provide billing solution to Aksh Optifiber Ltd for all these services. |

| Elitecore Technologies will deploy CRESTEL Convergent Billing to deliver end-to-end billing and customer-centric management that meets the complete OSS / BSS, policy management, authentication and customer care requirements. It will offer an end to end provisioning in real time mode and customer care for its OSS. On the BSS front it will offer solutions like partner settlement with content providers and Revenue sharing modules – commission based/ margin based. |
