Customer management - Easy activation and deactivation of VAS services through web self care, gives customer greater control in managing their services and control on their spending.
   
Partner Management - CRESTEL’s Partner Management enables effective management of partnerships while preventing revenue leakage.
 
  • Crestel has added features like Time-Zone based billing for Partners thereby enabling operators effective billing without any revenue loss for partners across the globe.
  • Now Crestel also enables charging VAS charges for partner account, facilitating charging to end user as well as for a given range by partner account.
  • Crestel Partner management generates analytical reports for used and used balance in partner that precisely match to your business decisions.
   
Business Critical Reports - Crestel has introduced a Reason Management system that helps in accurate understanding of reasons associated with a particular action thereby helping operators identify the profit making actions and cost associated activities.
