    Service Provider Requirement  
   
3G VAS services like Mobile TV, Video Conferencing and Video on Demand should be Provided to Existing Subscriber
Existing 2.5G BSS Resources should be Reused
GSM 2.5G, CDMA 2.5G and 3G Network Should be Supported simultaneously
Multiple VAS Provider should be managed by OSS/BSS Provider and final Billing should be managed by our Existing Billing System

    In above Diagram Service Provider have already 2G/2.5G Network Infrastructure is in place. Now he wants to leverage that Network and wants to roll out 3G VAS Services. As per the Service Provider’s Requirement EliteAAA and EliteAAA Charging Gateway can fulfill all Requirements.  
       
    For a Mobile TV  
(Having own database & Rating System)
   
EliteAAA authenticate Subscriber Credentials in VAS Provider’s Database through Authentication Adaptor and and allows subscriber access to services through Application Server.
At the end of the Event or Session Charging Gateway will collect the CDR details through Accounting Adaptor from Application Server.
EliteAAA Charging Gateway Supports both Open and Proprietary Real time Rating Interface and fetches the Rating Details from VAS Provider’s Rating Server. which are then pushed to Existing Billing System.
 
       
    For Video on Demand  
(Having own Rating System and database from operators existing system)
   
EliteAAA authenticates subscriber credentials from existing service provider’s database through Authentication Adaptor and allows subscriber access to services through Streaming Server.

( Only provides service, rating & database is used from operators existing system)

EliteAAA Charging Gateway will send all the CDR Details to Existing Rating & Charging System for Final Billing Purpose
