  Crestel to participate in 16th Convergence India 2008 – Delhi.

Crestel will be participating in the 16th Convergence India - the largest ICT event in South Asia for Telecom, Mobility, Broadcast, Cable and Satellite, Information Technology, Information Security to be held at Delhi from 19th to 21st March 2008. Do visit us at Stall No. D53.

  CRESTEL - Tellabs NMS 8100
Crestel interfaces with Tellabs NMS 8100 using TCP/IP to provide flow-through provisioning of leased line customers. Events included are leased line customer creation, commissioning of circuit, activation of circuit, start billing & termination of customers. It also provides events related to upgrading capacity of the leased line & shifting end-points of the circuit. Crestel SLA interface collects performance data from NMS and processes it for applying appropriate discounts based on QoS policies committed to customers.

CRESTEL - Metasolv PMS
Crestel interfaces with Metasolv PMS using Java Messaging Service to provide an end-to-end flow for MPLS service right from customer creation to applying quality of service to the account. The fundamental events of the process cover Site Creation, Customer Creation, Associating VAS, Application of QoS, and Starting Billing.  Other events associated with provisioning are Site Deletion, Updating Account, Deleting Account, Disassociating VAS from Account, Changing the Billing Status of Account, Changing Package and Removal of QoS.

Crestel - Micromuse SLA
Crestel integrates with Micromuse SLA for providing information on the SLA performance based on which SLA discounts are given to customers. SLA Parameters covered under this integration cover jitter, latency, throughput, uptime and many more.
